His medical foundation was built at Tehran University of Medical Sciences, one of the region's established academic institutions. This educational grounding underpins his ongoing work in facial rejuvenation surgery.

Dr. Ali Soltani focuses his practice on the deep plane facelift, a procedure that repositions deeper facial tissues rather than simply tightening the skin. This distinction matters for patients seeking natural-looking, durable results.

The deep plane facelift addresses the SMAS (the superficial musculoaponeurotic system, a layer of muscle and connective tissue beneath the skin). By working beneath this layer, the technique lifts sagging tissue at its source.

Dr. Ali Soltani's clinical interest lies in the artistry of facial surgery as much as its technical precision. Facial rejuvenation, in his approach, balances anatomical correction with aesthetic harmony.

Patients considering surgery with Dr. Ali Soltani often prioritize a natural appearance over a dramatically altered one. The deep plane method is favored precisely because it avoids the pulled, tight look associated with older facelift techniques.

Tehran, where Dr. Ali Soltani practices, is a large metropolitan center with a long tradition of medical education and specialty care. The city combines established academic medicine with a growing aesthetic surgery sector.

Dr. Ali Soltani brings more than a decade of surgical experience to his facial rejuvenation work. Longevity in practice allows a surgeon to refine technique across many anatomical variations.

His attention to tissue repositioning reflects the core philosophy of deep plane surgery. Rather than pulling skin, the approach relocates the underlying structures that shift downward with age.

Recovery is a subject Dr. Ali Soltani addresses directly with his patients. Understanding the timeline for swelling, bruising, and the gradual emergence of final results helps patients plan realistically.

Dr. Ali Soltani's specialties are documented as deep plane facelift and broader facial rejuvenation. This focused scope reflects a surgeon who concentrates on the aging face rather than a wide array of unrelated procedures.

The deep plane facelift he performs targets the mid-face, jawline, and neck as an integrated whole. Treating these regions together supports a balanced, cohesive result.

For women in their fifties and sixties evaluating facial rejuvenation, Dr. Ali Soltani represents an option grounded in a decade-plus of dedicated practice. His combination of board certification and specialization is central to his professional profile.

Patients researching Dr. Ali Soltani will find a surgeon whose work is oriented around the deep plane technique and the goal of restoring a rested, natural appearance to the aging face.

Dr. Ali Soltani M.D. is outstanding in his field. A great surgeon possesses artistic talent as well as surgical expertise. In my experience Dr. Soltani MD has this expertise. Dr. Soltani did my explant and breast lift and did a beautiful job. My breast lift came out just as perky and beautiful as I wished for. Based on my particular breast shape I wasn't too sure how well my chances of achieving the desired shape I wanted would be possible, but, let me tell you, I got exactly what I wanted. My breasts are soooo pretty now. The scars are minimal and after a year are almost invisible. The best part is that he’s part of the awesome medical team at Kaiser Permanente in the OC. The care is always top notch at KP. Dr. is kind and considerate and always pleasant. (sometimes rare) If you are searching for a great Dr./surgeon who can deliver I would highly recommend you make a consultation. Sarah S

Dr. Ali Soltani approaches the deep plane facelift by addressing the deeper structural layers of the face rather than relying on skin tension. This method is designed to produce results that look natural and last longer than traditional techniques.

Central to his approach is the SMAS (the superficial musculoaponeurotic system, a layer of muscle and fibrous tissue that lies beneath the skin and above deeper facial structures). In the deep plane technique, this layer is released and repositioned rather than simply folded or tightened.
