After feeling somewhat disappointed about my first rhinoplasty, I was extremely scared to get a revision. I was happy -enough- with my primary result but it wasn't the nose I was supposed to have and I had some structural issues that were never addressed. I was so scared to waste my money, time, and the general medical risks - overall a revision was never worth the risk to me. But that changed when I found Dr. Ahmedli and her team. From the beginning I was struck by the level of artistry in her work and her background. Her eye for the detail is what anyone wants in a surgeon. But it was really her bedside manner that was the reason I decided to do this. I wasn't going to do a revision regardless of finding her - it was meeting her and talking through her work that actually got me to do this. She took as much time with me as I needed and never made me feel rushed. She listened closely, understood what my goals were, and made me feel completely at ease through this insanely scary decision. My result is more natural and balanced than I could have imagined, and my breathing and structural issues have been addressed in a way I didn't think possible. The standard of care at this office is truly best in class. Having been through this once before with a super reputable surgeon, I was honestly shocked by how different and elevated the experience at Saman is in comparison. You can tell everyone holds themselves to an incredibly high standard. I'm still early in the healing process, but I'm already thrilled. I'm so excited to see the final results in a year. I don't really write reviews like this but hope this can help anyone else who was in my shoes - if considering a revision or primary and are nervous about trusting someone like I was, I can't recommend Dr. Ahmedli enough

I can’t leave a more positive review for Dr. Ahmedli and everyone at the Saman Facial Plastic surgery team. The second I met Dr. Ahmedli, I knew I wanted her to be my surgeon. She listened to all of my thoughts and concerns and really tailored my rhinoplasty to be unique to me and my features. I wanted to improve my septal deviation and slight aesthetic changes. I had never had surgery before and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I can’t imagine getting surgery anywhere else as I felt so cared for and comfortable. The first week after surgery is tough, but the whole team made it the easiest it could be on me. 6 months later, I love the result and am breathing better than ever. I wish I would have done this sooner and am so glad I did it before getting engaged/married. It is also such a special experience to be able to have a female plastic surgeon who just gets it. Dr. Ahmedli is truly one of a kind. After my initial consultation, I knew she was the plastic surgeon I wanted for my third revision rhinoplasty. After three unsuccessful surgeries, I never imagined my results could be this beautiful. I expected improvement, but I am genuinely amazed by how well it turned out. Dr. Ahmedli corrected everything I disliked about my nose. Dr. Ahmedli is exceptionally talented, knowledgeable, and attentive. She knew exactly how to give me the nose I had always wanted. Beyond being an artist in her field, she is kind, patient, and genuinely caring, taking the time to answer all my questions and concerns. In addition, the entire office/medical staff is so kind, welcoming, and accommodating. My experience was a 10 out of 10.
