The SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system) forms a continuous fibromuscular layer extending from the platysma in the neck to the superficial temporal fascia. During deep plane dissection, surgeons work beneath this layer to address facial aging at its anatomical source. I think it's unacceptable that he lies to people on social media to encourage them to have surgeries that haven't had good results, and he also tells them to start exercising, not trusting his work. He posted photos of my wife comparing the results from before the surgery and three and a half months after. But he posted on his social media that it was only a month before her dream came true. And that was a complete lie. And when we told him we weren't satisfied, he dismissively said he was a doctor and that he wasn't God. Unfortunately, we realized too late that his professional license is for a midwife and not a plastic or cosmetic surgeon. He really doesn't care about his patients. Besides, the girdle he gives his patients is one of the cheapest, and he makes you buy a machine to do the massages yourself, and it's useless. Don't trust him. Check him carefully because after surgery, he tells all his patients they need a touch-up.
