Surgeons who never unlock a lead never pay. Every verified surgeon has a free monthly allowance for their first few unlocks; further leads come from wallet balance or are deferred until refilled. Most importantly, our editorial content and ranking algorithms are entirely independent of wallet activity — what a surgeon spends has zero influence on ranking position, search results, or educational mentions.

Only surgeons who pass all four checks receive our verified badge, and monitoring continues quarterly so that any credential change triggers a review.

All submissions travel over encrypted connections, are stored on access-controlled servers, and can be deleted on request at any time via a link in every confirmation email.

For UK residents, UK-GDPR applies equivalently; for California residents, CCPA rights (know, delete, opt-out-of-sale) are honored identically to GDPR equivalents, and DEEPPLANE™ does not sell patient data to any third party under any circumstances. Patient consultation requests are transmitted only to the specific surgeon the patient selects, stored encrypted at rest, and retained for a maximum of 24 months unless the patient converts to a paid engagement (in which case surgical-record-retention laws in the treating country may extend retention).
