What does a facelift look like at 3 months?
At 3 months after deep plane facelift, most of the final aesthetic result is visible. Most of the swelling has resolved, tissue is soft and natural to the touch, and facial expressions move freely. Incision scars have faded to a pale pink or skin-tone line. The result often looks more natural at month 3 than immediately post-operatively — the composite tissue settles into its final position. Scars fade

Recovery sequence is usually tingling/itching first, then light touch, then temperature, then full discrimination.
Numbness and tingling around the ears and along the jaw resolve gradually through month 6. Persistent numbness past 12 months is uncommon.[2]
