Patients do not see surgeon-facing events at all — the /events route is admin-gated for non-verified visitors.

Yes — organizers of legitimate facial plastic surgery CME events, cadaver courses, deep-plane-specific masterclasses, or hands-on workshops can submit through /for-event-organizers. Submissions go through a 2-stage editorial review: (1) is the event genuinely relevant to facelift surgeons (not a generic MedSpa marketing webinar) and (2) does the organizer have verifiable credentials (society affiliation, accredited CME provider status, or a named organizing committee of board-certified surgeons). Approved events typically go live within 3 business days. There is no fee to submit or to have an event listed.

The sort order is by date (nearest-upcoming first), then alphabetically within the same date. There is no 'featured event' slot, no organizer-paid boost, and no advertising inventory. Organizers who want higher visibility for their event should focus on the quality of the listing (clear CME credits, surgeon-level speaker lineup, cadaver lab availability, registration link) rather than any promotional arrangement with us — the event-detail page displays all of those fields prominently and our organic search ranking rewards well-curated events with high specificity.
