How quickly will I hear back?

Verified surgeons reply personally, usually via WhatsApp, after reviewing your front and side photos; how quickly depends on the surgeon and their clinic hours. Because every verified surgeon in your selected cities receives your inquiry, you may hear from several, allowing you to compare evaluations, pricing, and earliest available surgery dates before committing to any consultation.

Is my information confidential?

Surgeons in the locations relevant to your request — including surgeons we invite to join DEEPPLANE™ — may see a summary of your case and a low-resolution, watermarked preview of your photos, without your full name or contact details, so they can see the case and respond. Your full name, contact details and full-resolution photos are shared only with a verified, registered surgeon who takes your case. Your photos are never published on a public page, never used in advertising to the general public, and never shown with your full name. You can request deletion at any time by replying to any DEEPPLANE™ email or at deepplane.com/data-request.

How many surgeons will review my case?

Verified surgeons in your selected cities are alerted first, and your inquiry is visible to our full network of verified deep plane surgeons. You may hear from multiple surgeons, giving you options to compare.
